Asked Out A Member Of Hospital Staff Who Treated Me And Was Turned Down Because Its Against The Rules?

I undergone treatment at the the local hospital and got to know my therapist over a period of few months. After I was discharged, I asked her out. She said that its against the hospital's rules to go out with someone she has treated. I quiet like this person I would really love to get to know her better, but I also know its just not right to ask someone to violate the rules. I would like to know what advice all you guys out there can give me. Thanks.

Rules like that don’t exactly exist, they are more like etiquette things that say you shouldn’t go out with your patient. If she likes you enough, she will go out with you.
Stop by occasionally at her office with some chocolate and say you were passing by. Send her some flowers thanking her for the good she did with your therapy. Buy her perfume for sweetest day or one of those days you can find on the Internet. A few of this things and you can have lunch with her, note, LUNCH and then you will be able to advance to stuff like movies and dinner.
    All the best.
