Australian-trained Doctor Seeking To Work In The Usa – How Does This Work?

I am an Indonesian-born Indian, working as a medical resident in Australia. I was trained here in Aussie, and am now wanting to move to the USA to be with my partner. What steps will I need to take in order to be able to work as a doctor in the US?
