So an a or b was desirable but people with a c in anatomy still got in if they did good on the entrance exam. If the requirement is a c or better, you are fine, depending on what you are up against. If a lot of other students have better grades, then they will get the slot before you. Some schools go just by a waiting list. In which case your grades don't matter, but you are on a wait list.
