Can You Get Tmpq And Get Out At (annual Training) With A Doctors Note For Your Va Doctor?

I'm having some pretty bad issues with my back and shoulder and have an 80% disability rating from the VA, but the corpsman for my unit doesn't care.. I don't think I'll be able to complete the required tasks for AT (and will end up injuring myself more). Can I go to my VA doctor and get a note and get issued TMPQ to get out of AT?

  1. HDH Says:

Ask to see an actual doctor. Or at least a Physician’s Assistant, or better yet, a Nurse Practitioner.

  2. Feminist Says:

Get a note from your doctor or see if there is a military doctor at your VA hospital who can write a profile!

who cares about the corpsman for your unit? see an actual military doctor, show him your disabilities, and you’ll be set.
