Fellowship Training / Job Possibilities For Female M.b.b.s Doctor?

Moving from the US to Dammam area next month , with my wife, for a very good job. My job offer is perfect alhamdulillah.. However.. we are looking for opportunities for my wife who is an eye doctor (MBBS).
Does anyone know of any facilities that allow expats to do FRCOphth / FCPS Part II training? What are the prospects of finding a job as an MBBS / FCPS Part I doctor? We are from Pakistan.
I know there is a specialist eye hospital near Dammam.. I am just not sure about the possibilities of finding some work there for a Female doctor-in-training. I also know about the Saad Specialist hospital in Al-Khobar but am not sure if they hire simple MBBS? KKESH in Riyadh offers fellowships but only for GCC citizens :/
We don’t know the basics of specialization opportunities for Non-GCC expats and any info will be MUCH appreciated!
Thanks
