    I’m an RN. I haven’t had health care from an employer since 1997.

    Wow, thought that was unheard of. The hospital I worked at had excellent benefits. We had the best Blue Cross policy out there, paid for infertility (which most insurances won’t). Very surprised to hear that, what a sad thing.
