I want to get into medical coding and medical billing, but I work part time at a grocery store, and I don't have reliable childcare? I don't know where to begin or to look for a job in the health care field?

    Can you go back to the school where you graduated and got your degree and find the placement office, or are you living far away from there now? Maybe your local college will let you use their placement services, especially if you don’t tell them you didn’t graduate from their school.
