If It Was Feared Staff At A Mental Hospital Were Killing Patients By Incorrect Doses Of Medication?
Who, other than the Police, would look at this? Is there a special department within the Health Service (UK answers please)

yes, there is a special group within health care systems to check on this kind of thing
all medication has to be documented as it is given by med name, dose and patient , what time it was given and by what method it entered the body the person who administered the med will have initialed at the time they gave the med and a quick review of the chart will tell a trained person if it was done properly it is rather easy to spot a mistake in medication administration and autopsy never lies they can check the level of the medicine in the person’s bloodstream

if this is a General question i would say the police but if it is something that you believe is actually happening, i would contact the police then a national newspaper, sky news, bbc news, local health department, your mp,the health minister,local news station,families of patients there,and any one else till someone listens.

It would be th police. But it is so common these days with badly trained hospital staff that the police may not be interested. Hospitals are using unqualified ppl to nurse patients and fatalities are routine.
