Questions For People Who Have Completed Nursing School?
I am a 22 year old college student, and I want to be an RN. I have not been accepted yet into the nursing program, however I am working towards it. My question is for the people that are in the medical field, was nursing school changeling? What can I expect? Did you find a job right after school? For starting RN's what was your annual salary? Please feel free to give me advice, tips, anything!! Thanks for reading.

nursing school is very challenging but it needs to be since you are dealing with human lives. I started out at almost 50,000/yr. but that was with shift differential and weekend shifts. I went to nursing school and had 3 children, the youngest one just a few months old. you need to be very dedicated to becoming a nurse. school will be your life. i had a job a few months before i graduated. good luck. it is very rewarding and you will love it. no day is ever the same.
