Should Barack Obama And Nancy Pelosi Try To Pass A Constitutional Amendment On National Health Care?

Such amendment will delegate the power to Federal Government to operate national health care plan, and the power to use taxes for propping up such scheme, and will legitimize their otherwise criminal plans of nationalizing health care industry.

    Obama doesn’t pass laws and to get an amendment is a long process that includes the states ratifying the amendment. Bottom line – heck no!
    EVERYTHING the government touches turns to crap. It is full of waste and is very expensive.

    The federal government has screwed up social security,Mortgage and banking industry,medicare, auto industry and the IRS.We cant let them take control of our health.

    The best they can do is rally support for another Constitutional convention – however, I highly doubt such an amendment would ever be passed.

    Read the Constitution, Obama couldn’t amend the Constitution if he wanted to, that requires the approval of the states.

    They could try, but it would be political suicide. Its too hard to get an amendment passed and no one in Congress would vote for it.
