Should I Go Back To A University Or To The Muhlenberg Nursing School?

I'm 19 yrs. old and I'm currently a MA MStudent at Chubb Institute. I went to Howard University my first year as a Pre Med Major. My parents werent helping me pay for college and I got little gov. assistance. So I had to get a job . Once I got job may grades fell tremendously. I wanted to transfer to Rutgers in NJ where I'm from but my grades werent good enough. So came back to NJ and I'm going to Chubbs for MA. I want to be an OB/Gyn. but I'm not sure If i should back to a University or to this Hospital's school of nursing for RN and then apply for medical school.

There is a HUGE shortage of nurses. If you go to nursing school, you will almost be guaranteed a job.
