I was thinking things like lack of doctors and things like reimbursement rates. What do you think?

Most definitely yes. Also, lack of general health care workers because most will retire as they age. Other baby boomers will age as well, increasing the older adult population, and creating a gap in the workers because there will be a punch of new grads and lots of retiring veterans of the system. Older population have increased health problems, injuries etc. so there may be a problem in receiving surgeries in a timely fashion and so on. The system will become more of a business than it is now, as facilities will try to out do each other when paying physicians in order to keep them.
Hope that helps.
