well.. if we make her the President of the United States and then mandate that she creates a Federal Health Care System then I guess the real answer is : The Voters.

She has never claimed to have the authority to run the healthcare system. She is, however, a presidential candidate, and she is proposing a plan to change the healthcare system so that more Americans can be insured. I don’t agree with her plan, but she would be at least she’s trying something. As to your other questions, about what has she ever accomplished, I have prepared a list for you.
    1) She was the first student to speak at commencement exercises at Weslean College in 1969.
    2) She graduated from the Yale Law School (the country’s hardest and best law school) in 1973.
    3) Following her career as a Congressional legal counsel; she was named the first female partner at Rose Law Firm in 1979 and was listed as one of the one hundred most influential lawyers in America in 1988 and 1991.
    4) I’m sure you’re aware that she has been around politics and people of influence and power since her husband’s first election as the governor of Arkansas, and then his two terms as President. As First Lady of the United States, she took a more prominent position in policy matters than almost any before her. Not resting on her husbands laurels, however, she herself was elected to the United States Senate in 2000. She is the first female senator ever from New York.
In summation, Hillary Clinton has led a life of exceptional achievement. If you juxtapose her credentials to ANY political candidate, you will never find her to be lacking in qualifications.
Perhaps you should have asked a different question, such as “will Hillary Clinton turn this country into a welfare state if she’s elected President?” Your question is a bit suggestive of a lack of information. I’m not even a fan of her, but if I’m going to criticize, my arguments will be based on FACT, not on rhetoric. Good luck breaking through ideology and finding rationalism. Do you think for yourself or are your opinioned handed to you by talk show hosts?

She hasn’t any authority at all. That could be why we are in the mess we are in.
She has accomplished quite a lot in my book, She was a successful lawyer, a wife and a mother of a lovely young woman who has never been arrested for underage drinking.
She has run and won for senator twice in a populous diverse state. She is intelligent and works hard to produce those votes.
Nothing gives the president the authority to run the health care, or oil business or major league baseball team either, all businesses that Bush has run… right into the ground.
In fact the first office Bush won for was governor. He lost his first bid for, I think it was for councilman.
So it could have easily been said about Bush too. All except the part about him being intelligent and working hard.

Dont recall her proposing to run healthcare…her plan only invoilves providing health INSURANCE for those that cant afford it and whose employers dont offer it…where di you come up with the CONTROL idea?…..Let me guess…..you’ve never even read the proposal and Rush told you what your opinion should be………

  6. YOU'RE A SCHMUCK Says:

Good question. She is going to oversee a vast program like that, but can’t even keep track of her philandering husband.

  7. Mark A Says:

Nothing. She has never produced anything, she has never run a business, and never had to meet a payroll on her own. Other than discovering that her husband was having affairs, she hasn’t accomplished a darn thing.

How can it be worse than an ex-alcoholic ex-coke snorting buffoon who can barely speak English?
