Apparently so. I have read several articles written by economists about the dangers of deregulating the insurance system. They all support exactly what Obama said about last night, and then some. McCain tells us to examine their records…..well I have, and the record is clear that up until 2 weeks ago, Mr. McCain was Mr. Deregulation. He has a very clear record of wanting government to remain hands off of every facet of the marketplace. And now, in the wake of evidence of what this did to the banking industry, he proposes it for the insurance industry as well. Smart.

Government should just take over everything and get it over with. They do everything so well, so efficiently, and with such little waste, I just don’t see why not. The economic problems today were caused by the government in the first place, so it makes sense that they should get accolades for fixing the problem with money out of your pocket, right?

McCain is “Stay the Course” on everything: deregulation, Iraq, tax cuts for the rich and on and on and on in the hopes the ‘free’ market will eventually heal everything – but it’s all GREED

  4. Griggnax Says:

Because like Wall Street, the Healthcare providers know what’s best for us…more money for them.
Then we get the “trickle down” effects.
If you don’t like the cost of health care, don’t get sick!

He wants to do for health care what he has done for the economy. He is a visionary.
