Yes. And you don’t have to eat nothing but carrots, just eat a lot of carrots. The carotene pigments in them will cause the skin to become orangy yellow. There were some carotene pills on the market a few years ago to create a "sun free tan".
A friend of mine had this happen when she was trying to lose weight. She ate four or five carrots every night when watching TV instead of snacking on junk food.

Not yellow but an Orange tint, I have seen it young children and babies, the betacarotene in the carrots has enough coloring it, if you eat it all the time.

I have heard of this. It was due to the beta carotene in the carrot. Because it is fat soluble and a pigment it could build up in the skin and cause the skin to have a yellowish cast to it. But this is not dangerous. It just looks weird.
I cannot find my reference to it. A book on consumer chemistry or on nutrition may settle your question.
Although any diet that relies only on one food is by definition dangerous.

YEs.. if you eat ALOT of carrots, or juice alot.. Carrots contain a wonderful vitamin called beta carotine,, and it is what makes the carrots orange.. if you consume ENOUGH.. you get enough of that orange colored vitamin to give your skin an orange tint (like a bad fake tan)
