Free patterns are generally worth what you pay for them. Most of the chain fabric stores have some brand on sale every week or so, for $1-2.
You have a chance of getting a balanced pattern that way.
Or knock off a set of scrubs you like:

I have never run across any that offer free sewing.
But there are several that will offer this service, but not all of them do.
