HELP!! Medical problem straight out of a sci fi novel!?

Ok, I got in the shower roughly 2 hours ago. I was bathing as usual and I noticed a tingling sensation around the anus, and a slight feeling of queasy indigestion. I began to scrub my buttocks, as usual, and I felt a slimy, coiling snake-like presence touch my finger. I hopped out of the shower immediately and ran to the mirror. I turned around and examined what appeared to be an over sized earthworm protruding from my anus, roughly 1mm in width, and going who knows how far back into my body. Here's the clincher: I paniced when i saw it and grabbed at it in an attempt to tear it out. It hissed at me and bit off my finger! Blood was spewing everywhere. I attempted to bandage the wound, and on my mad dash for the door, the worm slithered down my leg and bit my foot off in one bite. That of course was 2 hours ago. I managed to chop off its head, but not before I was hideously disfigured, and drained of precious hemoglobin. So I ask you this: Remember me as a good friend. Goodbye..

Wow, that’s one hell of a round worm parasite you had there. I just hope the eggs are all out of you. You may want to go see a Dr to get some anti-parasitic medications to kill them and flush them out of your bowels. Good Luck with that Buddy!
