How do you get into a nursing school?
Discount Medical Scrubs
I'm a pre-nursing major and a freshman in college working to get into a nursing school in 2 years. What do nursing schools look at? What can I do to make nursing schools want to accept me? Please help I really want this, but hear nursing schools are highly competitive and have a 3 to 4 year waiting list!

You will probably find shorter waiting lists or none at all if you apply as a transfer student with at least sixty general education units to a nursing school which requires sixty semester units for entry and grants a bachelor’s degree. Grades as close to straight A as possible will be the most important factor. Start by looking at nursing programs which may be offered to third-year entering students at your state university with the largest health science program.
