Even though now days women are wearing pant suits to work and job interviews, a skirt is the more professional attire to a job interview. Wearing scrubs is never a good idea for a job interview, first impressions are a key when trying to get a job. So ask questions about the practice and about the fellow co-workers and what he likes to see in his co-workers. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
