I need the phone number for North Hollywood Medical Center?

Discount Medical Scrubs

My husband was born in that hospital and I think it used to be called Riverside hospital on Riverside Drive in North Hollywood, California. He told me it was called Riverside Hospital but after some research I think it's been changed to North Hollywood Medical center, it's where the show Scrubs is filmed (if that helps any).

He needs a copy of his birth certificate but I have searched on Yahoo Yellow pages and on the internet for a phone number but no luck. Does anyone have any info on it or better yet a phone number??

    A copy of his birth certificate should be obtained from the Department of Health, not the hospital./

    Yes, DrIg speaks the truth.

    I went to the health dept and got mine and it costs me 20 $
    Some new fangled birth certificate too that has alot of information on it.
