No. Scrubs are scrubs. But sometimes in the medical profession, they have to wear "surgical" scrubs which are all one color. Some dental offices require you to wear those too, but not many.

No same thing. Scrubs are scrubs. They are usually just called medical scrubs. Buy anything called scrubs in your size. If you need them for a training program or college make sure you buy the color they want you to wear. You can buy them anywhere, online or in stores.

For the most part, scrubs are scrubs. However there are certain rules in dentistry that may not apply for nursing. If you wear a jacket, some offices require that you wear a round neck jacket, rather than a v-neck to protect from fluid spills:
