wash them (with fabric softener), immediately put in the dryer, as soon as dryer is done I hang them up (I hang my scrubs, they don’t get folded and put in my dresser).
Buy wrinkle-free scrubs and/or a wrinkle-reducer fabric softener or dryer sheets.
