For me? House.
It used to be Grey’s, but they have gotten too outlandish, with plots such as the ghost sex.
Hopkins is realistic, but I don’t want realism; I want escapism.
Scrubs has too broad humor. To me it comes across as silly and/or stupid more often than it comes across as entertaining.
If it had been back in its first seasons, I would have said ER. It kept going downhill after the first glory days. I stopped watching when they did the Carter in Africa plot. Ugh.
So, by default, House. I love the character of House (even if I never would want to be treated by him), the supporting cast is interesting, I like the dry humor (such as the homage to Monty Python last episode), and the cases usually intrigue me (even if they are often medically way off base).

House, because Dr. House is an incredibly despicable but super intelligent physician that you love to hate!

well I’m a hugh fan of house, but House has the downer factor. Almost every ep has something sad in it. So i’ll say Scrubs. while it also has downer moments all the people on it are generly funny, and you can’t help but love them.

Grey’s Anatomy because the focus on the personal lives, professional struggles, and medical issues is a great mixture. Grey’s has the ability to capture bigger audience shares because of its flexability.
I like House but its rather one dimensional and delves into more of the patients life to help solve the the trauma than overt main character development. Scrubs, has more of a comedic approach and E.R. and Hopkins isn’t engaging and can’t keep my attention anymore

I only watch Grey’s Anatomy, Scrubs and ER. Never heard of Hopkins and never been interested in House. Entertaining wise it would be Scrubs for the constant comedy. Grey’s is also good more for the entertaining realtionships between all of the characters and ER would be the most accurate when it comes to all of the medical procedures, thos Grey’s is good with that also.
