(NEED IDEAS) Im a cake decorator and i need help from medical assistant's please!?

Discount Medical Scrubs

I am a cake creator, i specialize in fondant cakes, i have one due in a week.
Need a little help with ideas on how to make my next cake it is for a medical assistant who is graduating this week! she wants it all deck-t out with needles and stethoscopes lol the work's any ideas?

* Im thinking of making a huge sheet cake and cutting it out in the shape of a shirt "like her scrub's" and adding scissor's in the pockets and a stethoscope around the neck....can u help me get some more ideas?

    About a first aid kit bag make it white with a handle and a red cross at the centre of it with her/his initials at one corner. something like this for example

    1. Old Fashioned doctors bag with initials and all the items sticking out.

    2. A surgical tray set up with all the instruments

    3. A human torso opened up for a surgery
