Please elaborate on Medical Billing & Decoding.?
Discount Medical Scrubs
What is a good career choice in the medical field that will allow me to make a decent living, good medical benefits & flexible hours. Perhaps one that will allow me to wear professional clothing, (casual) other than scrubs. WIth an Associates of Applied Science degree. Perhaps I need to obtain another 2 year acredited certificate for this request?

It’s Medical Coding, not decoding. You write the numbered codes for the insurance billing of all the various diagnoses and procedures the doctor did and came up with during the office visit. It’s like looking stuff up in the dictionary. It’s really easy. It’s usually a one year program at a vocational school. It is one of the few jobs in the medical field where you can dress in business casual and not have to wear scrubs. The pay isn’t great, but it’s decent. You’ll never get rich, but you’ll survive. And considering it’s only one year of school, it’s a great choice. The hours aren’t flexible, though, it’s pretty much 9 to 5.
