you might want to try using face cleaners that wont take away your skin nateral oil. dryness is caused by.. lack of oil in the skin. so , dont be so harsh on it. let your skin replenish and the skin with flake off by itself, and come back in heathlyer.
spectro gel is perfect. it actually keeps your skins nateral moisture barrier
NOTE: most moisterizers clog pores. espicilly if you have a problem with black heads.

Make yourself a honey olive oil facemask. It moisturizes your skin, makes it really soft and glowing, and its cheap and easy to make. Also, the honey really clears out black heads.
Mix a couple tablespoons of honey with a tablespoon of olive oil into a gooey paste.
Cleanse your face gently with warm water to open up your pores.
Massage this into your skin, make it pretty thick. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
Rinse off with warm water, and then finish with cold water to close all your pores.
Do this 3 nights in a row, and then start doing it once or twice a week. It really helps!!

Do you moisturize enough?
Use a nice moisturizer.
I recommend Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturizer and it has Spf 15 in it I believe (or Spf 30). It’s great and Aveeno is a great NATURAL brand that you can get at your local drugstore or supermarket.

I dont know if this will help but for my skin I always:
-add one egg yolk, with honey and stir and apply to face for about 20 min.
also you may want to search ‘dry skin’ on my http://www.myhomeremedies.com

If you are using a cleanser that is for acne, it may be too drying for your skin. Trying using it only once a day or every other day. Then you will need to moisturize daily to help put moisture back into the skin. Aveeno, Neutrogena, and Eucerin all have good facial moisturizers.
