Next week's episode is titled, "My Conventional Wisdom". In the episode Turk and JD go to a medical conferance in another city and run into Kim, who has a "surprise" for JD.
What do you think will happen? What do you want to happen?
Sorry, I meant to say that it's obvious that JD will realize that Kim is still pregnant. But, what do you think will happen to them? There are only 2 episodes left of season 6 after that, called "My Rabbit" and "My Point of no Return".

Is she the one who told him that she miscarried the baby and she is still actually pregnant. Obviously, it would be kind of hard for her to hide the pregnancy. I would like to see JD end up with someone who makes him happy and finally be able to let Elliot go.

If you watched earlier episodes you know the surprise…She will either still be pregnant or have had the baby already.
I don’t know about J.D. being in a relationship with anyone because there is too much tension between him and Elliott.

Well now that Elliot is getting married I hope JD and Kim get back together and have a super cute baby!

I definitely think its time for him to find out that he does have a baby (or one on the way) and he will probably try to make up with her because Elliot is out of the picture (although personally everyone wants those two together but not me)
But don’t forget they broke up because they both realized that the only thing linking them was a baby. Not sure if the baby being back in the pic means they will indeed get back together. Hopefully JD grows up and actually holds her accountable for her actions
