Tell me if this is a correct sentence or should I add a comma between redwwod color schemes and is the key to?

Discount Medical Scrubs

The use of blank layout, Arial Bold font schemes, bright colors, images of conjoined twins, hands, medical tools, scrubs, and redwood color schemes is the key to producing a good and interesting book cover. (I am trying to figure out this last sentence for my essay. please help, ASAP!)

    The sentence is fine as is, no additional comma is needed.

    No you have the placement of your commas in the correct places, although that is a rather long sentence

    There must be no comma. However, the use of "The use of blank layout" sounds a bit off. How about "a blank layout"? Also, how about "a good, interesting book cover" instead of using the "and"?

    The use of a blank layout, Arial Bold font schemes and redwood color schemes, bright colors, and images of conjoined twins, hands, medical tools, and scrubs is the key to producing a good, interesting book cover.
