what classes should i take first year of nursing school?
Discount Medical Scrubs
I am planning on attending school this semester coming up and will like to know what classes will be ideal to start with for my first year of nursing.
I would like an answer that will better help me than waiting for my councilor to tell me what courses.

you need to talk to your advisor and also look at what classes you need to take to complete your major and talk to her about what classes you want to take.

You should take what your counselor tells you to take

Do you have a course/college catalog? Get one. They list everything you need to 1/ graduate and 2/pre-reqs for the nursing program. If you have done the pre-reqs and are in the nursing program, you follow the matrix-it is all set out for you, either pick that up in the nursing dept or in the course catalog as well.

Main subjects you will need for sure regardless of what country you are in are math chemistry and biology. But you should definitely check into what the nursing program you will attend wants as a pre-requisite. Some schools need certain marks for you to get in, or even some specific courses. Browse the school you want to attends website that information should be listed under the Bachelor of science in nursing and/or Registered practical nursing program.
