What do you have to wear for a high school medical skills program?
Discount Medical Scrubs
I am planning to do the medical skills program next semester in high school. What do you have to wear? Scrubs?
How often do you have to wear the scrubs?
Are there any rules on hair, nails, shoes, or makeup?
Thank you!

Usually they make you wear scrubs. Sometimes they’ll allow you to wear jeans with the scrubs top. They recommend comfortable shoes. I do not believe nails is an issue, although hospitals it may be. Hair usually pulled back, its just easier to have it that when your running around the hospital. Checking with someone you know who works there or possibly a paper, packet, dress code book etc would be a good idea

Have you received any papers detailing what you should show up for class in? If you’re feeling particularly adventurous, you could call the venue providing the class and ask them.
If that’s not an option, just show up dressed relatively nicely, without over-doing it. Ditch the Abercrombie shirt (though I seriously hope that you have more taste than that) and put on something classy and conservative. If that attire doesn’t cut it, then expect the instructor to inform you of that.
If things aren’t plainly detailed, the people running the class can’t expect you to show up wearing exactly it is that they want you to wear. That’s a shortcoming on their part, not yours.
