  1. Jimbo Says:

Tom Daschle knows absolutely nothing about health care. He was a Senator and was finally voted out of office. He is left of Obama in his liberalism. I thought it was Hilary Clinton who was the health care expert but according to Obama today, Daschle is. Wonder how Hilary took that?
The only thing wrong with the health care industry in this country is two things. lawyers suing for anything and everything and government regulations. If you think it’s bad now, just wait until the government gets complete control of it. Take a look at how well it’s managed medicare, medicaid, and social security. They just handed out 700 billion dollars to the banking industry and don’t know where it went and nothing is changed or fixed. Oh yeah, please let my government take care of my health problems. Thank you so much Uncle Sam.

  2. Truth and Justice Says:

Nothing. He is in the Executive branch of government. Reform, ie. legislation, comes from Congress. And they can authorize $700 billion and NOT get oversight nor meaningful nor positive results for the financial industry… AIG is a national disgrace. Do not expect any better outcome for Health Care.

  3. Dina W Says:

Tom Dashale is a life long bureaucrat. If anything he knows how the “game” is played.
But if change and new idea’s is what the country is looking for; Tom Dashale is not the man.

  4. MI Says:

Probably the same thing he did for it when he was a senator and Senate majority leader – nothing.

  5. RockHunt Says:

He’ll sell it out to his lobbyist friends, the same way he did with the military and Boeing when he was in office.

  6. tabbi840 Says:

With cancer on the rise, I pretty sure our health care system will be crumbling soon, no matter what we do. There are no profits in health care.

  7. Cafe Combate Says:

Same as what Hillary did in ‘93 and ‘94.
