There are some terrible spelling mistakes. A bar owner is a busy guy and they do not have time to look at your resume. You must catch there attention. You can see some FREE bartending resume examples here at http://www.bars-and-bartending.com/bartender-resume.html

It also includes how to dress, what to expect and what to say/not to say. Like "I haven’t been to jail yet" or "mom had me vaccinated when I was a kid". Don’t tell them when your were unemployed, and one summer you learned to drive a fork lift. anyways here’s the link, it’s very helpful and you need lots of help. http://www.bars-and-bartending.com/how-to-become-a-bartender.html

You need to shorten it a lot.

Leave out the d.o.b., driver’s license #, clean record, can pass drug test, up to date on shots, the pics, and lots of the rest – leave out the languages unless they relate to the job you’re applying for. Spanish might be, Polish not so likely. If you’re in a country where English is the main language, then it’s assumed. Only mention the boating license if it pertains to the job you’re applying for, same with the soccer. Also the certifications and training.

I’d leave out the "About me" section, maybe leaving in the preferred work times.

Leave off the references. If they want them they’ll ask – AFTER an interview. And if they do, use full names.

Leave off the "goals and plans for the future", at least except for things directly relevant to the job you’re applying for. I’d leave that section out.

The stuff I left out is NOT things an employer will want to see in a resume.

    try this:

    Resume
    Name: Jane Doe

My goals and plans for the future:

"In the near future I plan to go back to college and get a degree in the medical field possibly LPN/Nurse or Nationalist/ Dietitian /PHD in Holistic medicine" (if related to job you’re applying for – you do know that a PhD takes years to get? And "nationalist" – do you mean "naturalist"?

    OR

"I plan to do some more schooling to become more familiar with mixing drinks and drink names" if you’re applying for a bartender job.
