Do i have the right to obtain a copy of where my tuition money goes to.?
Discount Medical Scrubs
I am attending a medical administration assistant certificate program at lincoln technical institute. i am paying ,000 tuition for this certificate, but i dont feel that majority of the money is really going to my education, we only received 2 pairs of scrubs, 2 books, and lowsy teachers and classrooms, most of the computers are atleast 4-7 yrs old, half of them are broken, the teachers dont teach us anything, they just throw the book at us and a 10 page homework assignment, we're not offered anything else, the directors all seem like their sneaky. im really confused and i want to know if it is legal to ask for paperwork to prove where my money is going.

You can ask but you aren’t going to get anything in response. Unless maybe you don’t have an actual building, electricity, lights, heat, phones in the buildings, Internet…
You might consider looking into transferring to a community college- most have comparable certificate programs with tuition and books costing less than 3000. Unfortunately those "for profit" schools you are attending don’t really count towards real degrees or certificates.
Good luck
