Good explaination for why this helped clear my skin? Sorry if TMI?

I am 21yrs old and never suffered from acne, only had a pimple here and there and only at that time of the month. 15mo. ago I gave birth to my beautiful daughter and ever since then I have had HORRIBLE acne all over my back and pretty bad on my face. I have used Every OTC treatment, wash, scrub, cream and got very little results. Here is where the ? gets strange. A few weeks ago I was preforming oral sex on my fiance and he came on my face. The next day I noticed a few pimples had gotten much smaller and were starting to clear up. I didn't mention that I noticed this to him and decided to do a little experiment out of curiosity and I had him do this a few more times. My skin has not looked this good in almost a year and a half!! Can anyone give me an explaination as to why this is? I am looking for a medical or scientific reason about the effect or semen on skin. Im sorry if I offended anyone with this ? I am serious, please give me a serious answer.
I dont need smart *** remarks I am geuinely seeking a good answer.

    maybe the chemicals and sperm in the semen had a reaction with your face
    and now your acne is gone
