thanks for the advice but im not looking to get out of this, the only way to overcome it is to face it, and see how i do, so im going to im just looking for advice to prepare myself like maybe a site where i can watch stuff like that, anything or a site that a doctor replies, or something.

your doing what you have to in order to get over your fear . Over exposer is the best cure for most fears . I know this mainly becuase of my pet snake horha . My ideas to get you through
the operation , a piece of blue tack , shoe lace , paper pen .
Ok take the blue tack and shoe lace place them inside your pocket on the day of the operation (you can worry them with your fingers ) <| works . Plan out what you are going to say to the people around you . There is no point you making shit up on the spot when you are already stressed . Then when you get out write down your feelings on the piece of paper score them 1 out of 10 . 10 being the most 1 being the least . Then the next time if you feel like going back in . Write down your feelings again then your can roughly graph your progress .
Good luck future doctor .
