Make my costume scarier?

Discount Medical Scrubs

I am making a crazed surgeon for Halloween. I have a very scary form fitting latex mask. I have bloodied scrubs and a bloody knife. I have a candy severed hand. I have a bloody mask and hood. How can I make this costume scarier? Add a medical bill?

    have a medical bill that says "Insurance Declined" on it lol. That is a scary thought!

    I would add some fresh blood to your scrubs as well. And maybe somehow make your tools look rusty?

    Wow scary enough as it is but if you really wanna scare people try maybe like one of those hairbands that make you look like you have got a knife through your head and put fake blood around the head knife!
