Discount Medical Scrubs

For one of my passion projects, we were supposed to make a creative product based on something that interested us. I love watching medical dramas, shows like Grey's, Scrubs, House, etc. So, I decided to write a pilot script for my own medical drama, and then make a two minute video promo type deal. I did it on my own, using friends for actors and my own editing skills (or lack thereof rather).

Anyhoo, I have to present and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on making it better.

I was going for a surreal-dream like type thing, so if it's a little foggy to you, that's okay. Just some basic plot info before you watch; during the romance section of the vid, the two girls were best friends, something traumatic happened to the one in scrubs/bed all the time with her ex-boyfriend (the man), and because the traumatized friend woudln't share what was bothering her with the other, she became upset and began dating the man against her friends wishes. The traumatized friend constantly has nightmares (thus constant scenes of her awake in bed). The illness sequence follows a patient supposed to have Trichotillomania, an anxiety disorder where the patient constantly has the urge to rip out their hair, a type of OCD.
