Questions about being a CNA?

ok so next year in high school ill be in 11th grade im allowed to enroll through the college and take my CNA classes (i really would like to start in the medical field now because i want to be a pediatrician) anyways my ?s are
1.do you wear scrubs
2.is the classes hard
3.i know 1 of the jobs is to help clean the elderly but are female CNA's required to clean men
4. is the paycheck worth the hours and classes
