Since Hillary wouldn't help on pollution, will Obama sell the coal scrubbing technology to India and China?

China told Hillary that most of the industry there was from Europe and America and that they came to escape the environmental regulations. China uses coal to fire it's electrical plants, which creates 70% of the acid rain world wide. We use a technique called scrubbing which washes the coal and removes 98% of the impurities that cause acid rain.
This stuff is bad and kills half a million children and elderly in china alone each year. Remember the smog during the Olympics?
We could lower our trade deficit with India and China by sending the technology there and cut world wide pollution in half at the same time.
The stuff blows all over but it really hits Korea, Japan and yes California, no wonder LA has so much smog and no telling what it costs in medical bills.
Japan is cosigning a 10 billion note with them, but we need to step up to the plate. It makes more sense to spend millions and cut worldwide pollution, instead of spending billions here that will only cut our pollution by a point of two. Besides GE will supply much of the hardware and it is being made in China, like the giant windmills! So it only creates more pollution.
not sure why but the only thing they agreed on at the Copenhagen meeting was not to help China which is a problem that the corporations and environmentalists have caused.
Agree with giving them the ballistic technology, before they couldn't hit a barn, but now they can how stupid, but worth half a billion to his friend. ON the other hand the scrubbing stuff is not a big secret and even if all the notions got together and chipped in it would be much better than spending billions here and running what little industry we have out of the country. It only makes sense to clean them up due to our and Europe sending it over there PLUS the Jobs..
Interesting take on why the they would want the pollution in those two countries.
This technology is nothing compared to the nuclear ballistic stuff clinton allowed this is like selling Mr. clean and if you have to give it to them and install it so be it cutting half of world wide pollutiion in half is much better than us destroying what we have left for the left.

Of course, if it will take jobs out of the U.S. and gives another edge to our dear friends and masters the Chinese COMMUNIST and the Indians.
Have you ever considered that maybe there is a reason for letting the two most populated counties in the world continue to produce all the dangerous and polluting substances as well as producing the most industrial pollution.

They won’t use it anyway even if it was offered to them, they obviously do not care about it’s smog producing Coal burning, and will be prohibitive to their overall costs to industry which they will deem unacceptable. We don’t need another Clinton over there selling more secrets to those folks. Bill Clinton sold them the farm as far as Nuclear Weapons and missile technology goes. Clinton is the reason we worry about them breathing down our necks because of this impeachable treachery. This is why Clinton should have been impeached, was this kind of idiotic and careless behavior.
