Terrible breath- and its NOT normal?
Discount Medical Scrubs
I have bad breath and I have had it since the end of 7th grade and now I am almost done with 9th. Nothing helps. I brush my teeth for ten minutes and then less than an hour later my breath is terrible! I drink a lot of water but still... disgusting. I use mouth wash and scrub my tongue to get rid of as many bad breath germs as I can! Also I clean the roof of my mouth! I chew gum constantly or else I can't even talk to people!! I am mortified! I really think there is something medically wrong, have any of you had a medical problem like this? Or know of a medical issue I might have? I have researched it and all it says is scrub your tongue and don't eat certain foods--- yes! I know that! When I eat food it only helps the stink go away for a short period of time! I need help because I feel like if I get a boyfriend... that will be bad. He will dump me because if we make out or french kiss... he will taste/smell it and be DISGUSTED. Sometimes I cry... it really hurts my self confidence! Please help!
I have PE everyday for 1 1/2 hours and walk home everyday which takes an hour. That adds up to 12 1/2 hours each week not even including weekends! Also I drink NO SODA what so ever. I'm not allowed and think it's gross. Whats up!?

If you brush your teeth and exercise more,(run everyday), you will help your digestive system, which will in turn help you with your teeth and you won’t have bad breath as often.
Sometimes, bad breath is a sign of a poor digestive system, or poor liver function.
If you drink pop everyday for example, of course your going to get bad breath. Pop has no benefit for the immune system and instead harms it, so if you harm that, its going to affect your calcium phosphorate balance, which will draw minerals out of your teeth and you will eventually have bad breath.
Edit:
Ok then. Next I would go visit a doctor or some kind of dentist as because of anything you try to do does not work. Yahoo is not the place to find a diagnosis for your problems.

I actually had a dentist that had this same problem. You are doing the right thing, brushing the tongue. But you should see your family dr and find out about stomach problems
