My favourite is Clean & Clear, but you have to use several products. Use one of the washes. Then wipe the toner over your face with a cotton ball – you’ll see grime on the cotton even though you just washed. Then get a benzoyl peroxide gel and apply it to the zits.
Neutrogena is another good brand. Just make sure you get a toner that contains salicylic acid. You can also get a gel that contains it and alternate it with the benzoyl peroxide.
Noxema is no use. The formula is ancient and it does nothing for zits, and can irritate your skin.
A scrub is good for once or twice a week, but it won’t do the job alone.

1. Patricia Wexler–you can find her acne treatment at Bath & Body Works.
2. Oil of Olay–many times acne is a result of your body being dehydrated and not moisturized enough…that’s why it often produces oil and therefore results in blemishes. Try using a high-quality moisturizer.
3. Pomegranate facial scrub–also found at Bath & Body Works.
4. Homemade recipe–lemon, sugar, milk, and a small amount of avocado. Blend together and scrub with face…let sit for 2-3 minutes, then rinse.
5. Licorice supplement—it’s an anti-oxidant that is very effective. I noticed a huge improvement overnight. I had mild acne though. However, it did help tremendously with me.
