he was training for a marathon. He's on med's now, but is still doing his training. Can something serious happen on his 18 mile training saturday morning? He had blood in his stool, which is why he went to the doctor initially.

Why don't you pull out your Med-Surg text book and research the answer... Just like I had to do when I was in Nursing School... If people just give you the answer then you will NEVER learn anything. You've got to research and absorb the material!!!!!! Remember, you are not an RN until you pass the NCLEX!!! You'll have to study hardcore to pass it... it's not easy... Good Luck... now hit the books

I am almost finished with my co-requisites required to get into nursing school and I start nursing school in Aug 2008. I just wanted to get an idea of what its like. Does anyone want to tell me about their experience. Im a bit nervous but also very much excited.

Watching the RNC wrap up last night.
I was not satisfied with McCain and Palin's speech. They did not mention anything about improving economy, job security and creating, and health care.
I hope to hear about these things in the next few months.
What are your thoughts?

I am planning pursuing a career as a surgeon when I graduate from high school. I know that I need 4 years of college, then 4 years of medical school, and then 5-7 years of residency. My question is if you are a general doctor during those years of residency since you work in a hospital? Supposedly you are still studying for your goal to become a surgeon, but during those residency years, do you help people, examine them, run tests, etc. as a doctor?

What are your opinions?

Are elderly people treated properly in NHS hospitals or do the staff tend to think "They are old and if they are in pain it doesn't really matter because they won't be with us much longer so we will save our energies for the younger people?"

Does anyone know , i think it came out this year. Hes training to be a doctor or something , and he talks about hes troubles.
