I am an Australian trained doctor considering working in the US for a while. What are the barriers that I need to overcome to do this? My specialty is General Practice.

The orderlies, the nurses and yes, the doctors too. My local hospital in Berkeley, CA 94705.

I have predominantly inattentive adhd. I have a very hard time focusing which concerns me becuz I have heard that this type of school is very demanding. I plan on getting back on ritalin. It is 10x harder for me to do my homework becuz I get easily distracted and can't focus but I can get good grades. Any nursing students out there who can provide me feedback would be appreciated.

They did not ask me while I was in labor but it was part of my pre-admission paperwork after we selected a hospital.
From my perspective it is in the event that you want a priest, rabbi, monk or someone else to come and speak with you, offer a blessing or support you in some sort of worst case scenario. After religion, I was asked if I would like to have someone meet with me during my stay.
ETA - the hospital we went to was not a religiously affiliated hospital. I also wanted to add that my daughter is a cardiac patient at a non-denominational children's hospital and they always ask us the same questions when she is admitted - religion and if we would like to have someone visit us.

I am an Indonesian-born Indian, working as a medical resident in Australia. I was trained here in Aussie, and am now wanting to move to the USA to be with my partner. What steps will I need to take in order to be able to work as a doctor in the US?

Today at the hospital I sat in my moms hospital room a full 8 hours not once did the staff come in released her from the wrist restraints and exercised her arms at least every two hours. After about 4 hours I released her from them since the restraints seem to serve more as a convenience for the staff; after about 15 minutes my mom was at peace and was not trying to jump out of bed in fact she was laying very still and the nurse blew up and demanded the restraints had to be back in use even though there was no reason too as I told him I am there and I am watching her and then the nurse tied the restraints back up and said it was the law. The nurse nor staff do not come in every two hours and comply with the law to release her and offer to exercise the tied up hands like they are suppose to and I want to file a complaint and who do I contact to do this. FYI yes I am smart enough to know if she starts acting out when to put back on the restraints. It seems they like to use the laws to their advantage and ignore the laws they are suppose to follow regarding checking to see if the patient is wet or had a BM every 2 hours. I had to change my mom twice, nobody seemed very interested in that apect of things and the nurse seemed to want ram the physical restraints down my throat and I am very mad and upset. Who can help me out here. We live in TN..She is in Vanberbilt Medical Center.. Or may I file a complaint with the State Of TN ?
The staff is not following handwashing policy either. They do not wash their hands before treatment and after traetment. The nurse handeled her medications with his bare hands he did not wash his hands before touching the meds nor did he wash them afterwards he never did wear gloves at any time and we do not when he wash his hands last or what other patient he had been with, this seems like they are not following handwashing proper policy either.. I do not have power of Attorney so they just blew me off

I am trying to go back to school for nursing and I have to work full time to pay bills. I am currently a single mom.

I attend to a community college that has just recently implemented a nursing program. Its fairly new and has yet to gain its national accreditation. What would that mean for me if I graduate from a program that is not accredited? Would I only be able to take jobs in my state of residence?

I'm in AR, want to go to nursing school... loans are NOT an option

will the nursing school i chose determine job opportunity and pay?
