You could cite many reasons...
some that haven't been mentioned yet is just the basic culture of an American. We are a lot less active, we eat more processed foods, and we search for the cure and not the prevention.
It all adds up to good industry.

I went to visit a friend in the hospital this past weekend and when I got there the hospital staff had metal detectors put up and were inspecting everyone's belongings.
When I got in I heard that there was a prisoner being treated at the hospital and that an entire wing of the hospital was closed off where he was being kept; only police and medical staff were allowed in.
Is this standard for when prisoners are in the hospital?

It seems that the populace is now more engaged in politics than they ever were before. Poll numbers in support of this bill have dropped successfully with each poll. Now Lieberman and Lincoln and Nelson are defecting.

Hey all, i applied to a private nursing school that offers a BSN. The thing is the total cost of the program (27 months) is about 40k. I know the economy is tough right now and that many (ok alot) of new nurses cannot find jobs. What iam asking is, is it worth it to take on such debt for a nursing degree right now?

Do you think it will be hard cause i live in California? What is the likely hood that i will get a job before i graduate? Can i still work before i take the NCLEX-RN exam to get my liscense?

1. One year of community college (general studies)
2. Transfer to a State University then do another year of general studies at a more vigorous level
3. Apply to nursing school???

Those who voted for Obama sure are kicking themselves for believing his mantra and rhetoric and for those who still support him, they are a lost cause and should feel equally responsible for the downfall of America.
