This quote is taken from an article about South Africa with merely name changes from South Africa to the U.S. and Apartheid to Racism, it is equally true about the United States of America.

Is it ileagal to try to provide health care or regulate the industry and require taxpayers to foot the bill ? The federal government can’t write laws that are not explicitly authorized by the constitution. Am I wrong about that ?

She has already applied for the staford loan and the pell grant but she is still about $7000.00 short. She is a now “A, B” student but has a C average.
